Procedure to upload CIS data from Courts
CISData should to upload only through sftp.

1.Use maintenance.sh to take compleate backup.
It will be generate three files.

i)complete
ii)completeorders
iii)mylogs
procedure:
[root@ecourts ~]# cd Desktop
[root@ecourts Desktop]# ls
[root@ecourts Desktop]# cd apstate131
[root@ecourts apstate131]#ls
Maintenance sw-install
[root@ecourts apstate131]#cd Maintenance
[root@ecourts Maintence]#ls
maintenance.sh Readme signature.php
[root@ecourts Maintence]#sh maintenance.sh
1. Web Server Maintenance (Daily or if system is slow)
2. MySQL Maintenance (Re-indexing)
3. Complete Backup
4. Incremental Backup
5. Quit

2.Next go to ..
Computer--->FileSystem--->Home--->Zbackup
then copy the below 3 files i.e
complete22-02-12-0146.tar.gz
completeorders22-02-12-0146.tar.gz
mylogs22-02-12-0146.tar.gz
the above 3 files are copy in desktop and put these 3 files into a separate
folder then make that folder zip format. That zip folder only uploade.
3.Transfer these files into the system identified for sftp.
4.For the system is windows ,use winscp or any sftp client software for
uploading.
For the system is linux use sftp.
5.Do not delete any folder or sub folder.
6.Connect to 10.XXX.X.XXX server, using respective usernames and passwords.
7.Court complexes within the district with the user/password are already
communicated to respective DIOS of A.P.
Ex:<Distname>
username:<Distname>
password:********
[root@ecourts ~]# cd Desktop
[root@ecourts Desktop]# ls
[root@ecourts Desktop]# sftp <Distname>@10.XXX.X.XXX
prakongl@10.XXX.X.XXX's password:********
sftp>mput zipfoldername(earlier created zip folder)

Copy Database from one Establishment to another 

Steps to Add Advocate list from one Establishment to Another Establishment :

In command mode,

1. Change to the directory., /home/mysql/<establishment name>
2. Make sure that the establishment  is not in working condition :

      #service apache2 stop

3. #mysql

In mysql prompt,

4. mysql> use <establishment name>;
5. mysql> truncate table Advocate_t;
6. mysql> insert into Destination <establishment name>.Advocate_t

                   as select * from source <establishment name>.Advocate_t

Ex. Source establishment name : nzbpdj

       Destination establishment name : nzbscj

       insert into nzbscj.Advocate_t   select * from nzbpdj.Advocate_t;
